What happens on the call
Thirty minutes, over video, free and without obligation. Bring whatever's actually going on: a specific tension in the leadership team, a board relationship that isn't working, or just the sense that something structural needs to change. I'll ask more than I tell. By the end, you'll know whether this is worth taking further, and if it is, what a realistic next step looks like.
What working together actually looks like
Situation
A leadership team has one specific decision stuck. They roughly know what they want, they can't agree on how to get there, or who actually owns the call.
What we'd do
One working session mapping the real disagreement underneath the visible one, and designing an explicit rule for how this decision, and ones like it, actually get made.
To what end
The specific decision moves. The team leaves with a decision rule they can reuse the next time this exact pattern shows up.
Situation
A team keeps hitting the same friction, reopened decisions, or a board relationship gone quietly tense, and it's costing momentum sprint after sprint.
What we'd do
An agreed number of sessions, typically over 4–6 weeks. First, mapping the pattern, usually clearer from outside than from inside. Then testing one or two specific changes in real meetings, not a workshop. Then checking what actually held.
To what end
The specific pattern breaks, and the team has language for naming it early if it starts to come back.
Situation
A team wants coaching to become part of how they operate, not a separate track pulled out of the calendar.
What we'd do
I sit in on your regular leadership meetings, or join for the closing hour to work through whatever tension or indecision surfaced. Between meetings, I can review recordings, using AI-assisted analysis to spot patterns faster than a straight re-listen, and feed back what I see: in writing, in person, or as the opening of your next meeting.
To what end
Coaching stops being an event on the calendar and becomes part of the operating rhythm itself. Patterns get caught close to when they happen, not weeks later in a separate session.
Situation
Sometimes the fastest way to shift a team's posture, not just its current problem, is to practice on something that isn't personal yet.
What we'd do
A structured session working through one of the four case episodes I've used training non-executive directors, 22 cohorts and 300+ people so far, adapted to your team.
To what end
The team sees its own default patterns play out on a case with no personal stakes attached, before applying what it learned to something that has.
